Cutting and tensioning vinyl

1- C: Cut vinyl to sign O.D. + 3 1/2” [89mm]
2- Cut vinyl corners as shown.
3- Drape vinyl over frame. Using SRT tool
    begin tacking vinyl to frame with
    small 2” pieces of tensioning rod. Duck bill
    vise grips help tension the vinyl while the
    tool pushes the vinyl into the frame.
4- Follow with continuous rod.
5- Frame cover with cover screws lock
    tensioning rod in place.
