SIGNPRO SRT System SR2010 and SR2520 are our most widely specified frames for flexible vinyl. The difference between the two frames is the cover. SR2010 gives your sign box a frameless border appearance with SR2520 has a 1 1/2" [38 mm] frame border. SRT frames use a continuous tensioning rod designed to allow quick and easy tensioning of the vinyl onto the frame with minimum components. SR2010 is an ideal choice for small to large size illuminated signs. The SR2010 frames is easily modified into ovals or circles. Radius corners are also available in 6" radius for this face frame. SR2010 is used for a variety of applications including premise identification, plaza and mall signage, institutional and public facilities, parking signage, retail signage, advertising and more. Approved standards Handling  During shop assembly, surface scratches can be avoided by the application of a protective masking tape. DO NOT LIFT extrusion carton with a sling at one point as this can cause excessive presure and bend aluminum extrusion. Care should be taken to keep aluminum extrusion as straight, (flat) as possible. DO NOT stand on extrusion. Service access Hinge open sign face by fully retracting screws located along the bottom inner reveal channel of the sign box . Remove face frame completely by removing all hinging/locking screws from top and bottom reveal of sign and pulling frame straight out from sign cabinet. Face material access Remove face frame cover screws. Use needle-nose pliers to grip tensioning rod from one end and pull out.
