SIGNPRO FLS2010 front-loading face frame allows graphic changes to be done while the sign face frame remains on the signbox. This greatly reduces service time and the time that the sign owner's message is not being viewed! FLS2010 uses 4" aluminum tensioning clip designed to allow quick and easy vinyl tensioning or removal.
FLS2010 is an ideal choice for medium to large size illuminated signs and is used for a variety of applications including premise identification, plazas and malls signage, institutional and public facilities, parking signage, retail signage, and wall-mounted and more. FLS2010 can be fitted to all Signpro cabinets.

During
shop assembly, surface scratches can be avoided by the application of a protective masking tape.
DO NOT LIFT extrusion carton with a sling at one point as this can cause excessive presure and bend aluminum extrusion. Care should be taken to keep aluminum extrusion as straight, (flat) as possible. DO NOT stand on extrusion.

Hinge open sign face by fully retracting screws located along the bottom inner reveal channel of the
sign box .
Remove face frame completely by removing all hinging/locking screws from top and bottom reveal of sign and pulling frame straight out from sign cabinet.

Remove face-frame cover screws and remove covers. Use large flat screwdriver to release tensioning clip, then pull clip & vinyl out of frame cavity. |
