Face frame bracing configurations

Vinyl frame tensioning can produce frame sagging, and therefore
most vinyl face frame applications require bracing to overcome
this effect and keep the face in tension. Frame braces, comprising
of a brace and a set of two brace brackets, are used and spaced
approximately @ 5'- 0" [1.524 m] centers maximum.
Frame braces are configured differently for each
sign cabinet, as shown below.
Brace cut size = Frame - 6 7/8” [174mm]
