The face frame features a two part frame and cover assembly which allows for the removal and replacement of individual panels without having to remove the frame from the cabinet. BSH1260 is an ideal face frame for small to medium size multi panel illuminated signs and is used for a variety of applications including premise identification, plaza and mall signage. Approved standards Handling  During shop assembly, surface scratches can be avoided by the application of a protective masking tape. DO NOT LIFT extrusion carton with a sling at one point as this can cause excessive pressure and bend aluminum extrusion. Care should be taken to keep aluminum extrusion as straight, (flat) as possible. DO NOT stand on extrusion. Service access Hinge open sign face by fully retracting screws located along the bottom inner reveal channel of the sign box . Remove face frame completely by removing all hinging/locking screws from top and bottom reveal of sign and pulling frame straight out from sign cabinet. Face material access Remove frame cover screws located in reveal channel on either left or right side of face frame. Remove frame cover, then slide out desired acrylic panel.
