SIGNPRO BSH1970 is a frameless, (bleed) heavy-duty blowout proof frame for flexible vinyl. it has a continous aluminum-tensioning clip & rod system that allows this frame to be used for large sign structure.
BSH1970 is an ideal choice for medium to large size illuminated signs and is used for a variety of applications including premise identification, plazas and malls signage, institutional and public facilities, parking signage, retail signage, and wall-mounted and more. BSH1970 can be fitted to all Signpro cabinets.

During
shop assembly, surface scratches can be avoided by the application of a protective masking tape.
DO NOT LIFT extrusion carton with a sling at one point as this can cause excessive presure and bend aluminum extrusion. Care should be taken to keep aluminum extrusion as straight, (flat) as possible. DO NOT stand on extrusion.

Hinge open sign face by fully retracting screws located along the bottom inner reveal channel of the
sign box .
Remove face frame completely by removing all hinging/locking screws from top and bottom reveal of sign and pulling frame straight out from sign cabinet.

Remove frame from cabinet. Remove frame cover screws & remove cover. Retract all tensioning screws from inner frame & release aluminum tensioning clip using using large slot screwdriver. |
