During
shop assembly, surface scratches can be avoided by the application of protective masking tape.
DO NOT
lift extrusion carton with a sling at one point as this can cause excessive pressure and bend aluminum extrusion. Care should be taken to keep aluminum extrusion as straight, (flat) as possible.
DO NOT stand on extrusion. |

Hinge
open sign face by unlocking frame cam lock or if no lock, by fully retracting screws located along the inner reveal channel of the
sign box.

Remove assembly screws located on inside top & bottom of one frame end section, then pull frame section outward & remove. Plastic face can now be slid out of frame. |
